HOW IT HAPPENS
THE PROCESS
From start to finish each obstacle goes through five stages. First, the obstacle is poured and air bubbles are shaken out. Second, each obstacle is sanded down to 400 grit. After this, applying a clear coat to the outside it keeps the obstacle intact after use and a smooth finish. Then, a finishing touch of 1000-grit sandpaper is added for the perfect finish. Lastly, each ramp gets applied cork non-sliders and is painted with light and dark Chameleon greens.
